When will you send my order?
Our goal is to always send our customers orders the same day as we receive them. Most of the time, we manage to keep our goal but of course, exceptions may occur - we will then send your order the day after.
Can I buy spare parts for my jeweleries?
We only sell complete jewelery and are therefore not carrying any stock of spare parts.
Although, if there would be a case where the jewelery you have ordered does not live up to the quality it should; contact us and we will help you.
